Kristina Ransom Tejada got licensed in Massachusetts in 2005 to take over rentals for mother and broker Kathryn Hatcher. She specialized in vacation rentals and assisted in sales.

Kristina got licensed in Florida after many years of researching the area and getting to know and love the locals. With huge respect to historical aspects and local traditions, Kristina is able to help all clients near and far!

When Kristina is not doing real estate she is hanging out with her boys, gardening, or playing sports. She enjoys long Jeep drives on the beach too. Her goal is to make it to Spain someday.

Kathryn is an astute business woman with a keen sense of humanity. She taught me, Kristina, to ‘never calculate a commission’ going on to say, ‘always service your client’. Over the years, I’ve witnessed Kathryn helping new agents, sharing profits and donating to great causes. Choosing to work with Kathryn, is like hiring your mom to be there throughout the process. Her master negotiator skills have helped our buyers save over $30,000 per transaction, even in this unprecedented market. Hire us and see how we can help make your buying or selling process easy and enjoyable!
